Strong show cut short
Noel Miller was in fine form as a whole. There were a few sound issues, but they finally got it in order. She did most of her hits. She was forced to end the show at 9:30 pm on the nose for some reason, which is the real complaint. She was counting down for the last 20 minutes that she had to end at 9:30. On her last song "Fairy tales," she only sang half of it and had to go. She said goodbye to the crowd and walked off the stage as the band played on briefly. The curtain closed immediately, and the lights came on, leaving the crowd in shock. It felt like a rip off for such a short concert from a big name entertainer. But for Noel herself, well done. One other item for this location of OC fair is the big issue with parking. Nice theater, but if you go there for a concert, leave plenty early to find parking. I mean plenty early.
